Garo Doudian
Chief Information & Security Officer·NextGen Healthcare

Garo Doudian joined NextGen Healthcare in 2024 as CIO/CISO, bringing over 20 years of leadership in information security and infrastructure. He oversees the company's security strategy to safeguard client and employee data. Prior to NextGen, Garo served as SVP and CISO at Moody’s Analytics-RMS and held executive roles at Green Dot, leading security initiatives across high-scale SaaS, FinTech, and M&A environments. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UCLA and certifications including CISSP and CISM. 

 
Eddie Borrero
Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer· Stellarus

Eddie Borrero is Senior Vice President and CIO of Stellarus, a for-profit healthcare technology company launched in 2025 under Ascendiun, delivering scalable solutions to reimagine healthcare for over 6 million Blue Shield of California members. With more than 25 years of experience in technology and information security, Borrero drives innovation and strategic investments aligned to the evolving needs of the healthcare system.

Previously, he served as CISO at Blue Shield of California and Robert Half International, leading enterprise security modernization and business-aligned digital strategies. Borrero currently serves on multiple advisory boards, including Whimstay, Cyera, Halcyon, and ForgePoint, and was recognized in 2024 with the HITEC 100 Award and as a Bay Area CISO ORBIE finalist.

Passionate about service, he volunteers with organizations supporting the unhoused, domestic violence survivors, and underrepresented communities pursuing tech careers. He also serves on the boards of HITEC and Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay High School. Borrero holds a BA in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College of California.


 
Jeremiah Sahlberg

Justin Graham is the Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of Tevora’s HITRUST, HIPAA, and Federal services. Justin possesses over 15 years of security experience, most of which in the Healthcare Industry and contributes to the industry through roles held on the HITRUST external assessor council.

Justin holds the following certifications and degrees: Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP) Certified HITRUST Quality Professional (CHQP), ISO27001 LA. In addition to Justin’s certifications, he attended and graduated from Texas State University and obtained his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems.
