Julie is a director of client management for RCM services at NextGen Healthcare, specializing in FQHC and tribal health practices. She partners with clients to help improve efficiency in cash flow and overall collections. With more than 25 years’ experience, Julie’s work spans multiple aspects of RCM, including provider onboarding and enrollment, fee schedule development, payer contracting negotiations, accounts receivable management, provider compensation incentives, monthly reporting, and budgeting.
