Financial Freedom to Build Better Community Health

JOIN US: Wednesday, October 27 at 1 PM ET / 10 AM PT

A sound financial footing is essential to achieve the mission of providing quality care to the underserved. But what happens when accounts receivables increase, progress on collections stagnates, monthly revenues fail to meet targets, and hiring and training billing staff becomes an insurmountable challenge?

Getting the right revenue cycle management (RCM) support isn’t always easy. Leaders at Lower Lights Christian Health Center had heard horror stories about other FQHCs that had outsourced components of their revenue cycle.

Discover how this FQHC, with headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, took steps to create the foundation that is enabling them to invest, expand into new territory, and open new sites. Learn more about this remarkable health center whose services include providing healthy foods and nutritional support through a community market and café.

What you will learn:

  • How strong RCM can benefit the health of the community
  • Tools that can help you get clean claims out the door faster
  • How to reduce manual touches to bills on the front-end and lower denials on the back-end
  • Characteristics of an effective partnership between an FQHC and an outsourced RCM services provider
