Brooks Miller

Brooks Miller serves as president and chief executive officer at Jordan Valley Community Health Center in Springfield, MO.

Brooks received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration in 1982 and a Master of Arts degree in education administration in 1987. Brooks career in health care began with Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicines’ Rural Health Clinic program in 1984. He advanced to the position of CEO for the Northeast Missouri Health Council.

In 2002, Brooks relocated to Springfield to serve as the President and CEO of JVCHC.

Matthew Stinson, MD
Vice President of Medical and Behavioral Health Services
Jordan Valley Community Health Center

Dr. Matthew Stinson is a family medicine physician and also serves as vice president of medical and behavioral health services at Jordan Valley Community Health Center in Springfield, MO. 
 
Since joining Jordan Valley Community Health Center in 2007, Dr. Stinson has led the growth of medical and behavioral health services for the organization to include nine Jordan Valley Community Health Center locations. In 2017, the organization opened a substance abuse clinic focused on walk-in care for the opiate crisis and medication-assisted treatment. Most recently, he has been involved in the organization's COVID-19 response.

Nick Pfannenstiel, DDS
Vice President of Oral Health Services
Jordan Valley Community Health Center

Nick Pfannenstiel is a general dentist at Jordan Valley Community Health Center. In addition to providing care to patients, he also serves as the Executive Vice President of Oral Health, with responsibilities for all dental services provided at any Jordan Valley location. Outside of Jordan Valley, he stays busy in the dental profession by serving on the following boards, committees, and collaboratives; Dental Consultant for MoHealthnet, United HealthCare’s Dental Advisory Council, State of Missouri Dental Advisory Board Chair, and State of Missouri Medicaid Oversight Committee Chair. 

Prior to beginning his dental professional career, Nick spent most of his time completing his education. He attended Bethany College in Kansas for his undergrad. After graduation, he utilized his Chemistry major and worked for a year as a chemist for the State of Kansas. While working as a chemist he applied for dental school and was accepted in the next year’s class at UMKC Dental School.
