Charles Kitzman has been the Chief Information Officer for Shasta Community for over ten years. He has an extensive background in education specializing in technology and the humanities. He is an advisor to the Center for Care Innovations, and is a Board officer for SacValley MedShare, a 15-county HIO serving Northern California. He has presented on many topics related to Health IT and Innovation in various forums including the Western Clinician’s Network, NACHC, and the California Primary Care Association. Mr. Kitzman holds a Master’s degree in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University, an MBA from UCLA, and is currently pursuing an MHA from AT Still University.

Dr. Sue Ann Park is Director of Clinical Informatics at the Vista Community Clinic, an FQHC in Vista, CA. VCC has over 60,000 lives in 3 counties, with over 100 clinicians and almost over 700 staff. Dr. Park started her career in customer service before going to medical school. A pediatrician by training, she took the role of CI Director 4 years ago. Her team of trainers and one analyst work on all things NextGen: creating and improving workflows, managing upgrades, and introducing new products like NextGen mobile. Born and raised in Michigan, she is now happily settled in sunny southern California.

Raymond Lavoie
Executive Director
Blackstone Valley Community Health Care
Raymond Lavoie has over 30 years of experience in community health, all of which has been with Blackstone Valley Community Health Care (BVCHC). He has held the position of Executive Director since December 1999. Mr. Lavoie has overseen the development and implementation of the NextGen EHR system, and is responsible for oversight of BVCHC’s HCCN, HIE, and Population Health Management system projects. Additionally, he has greatly expanded behavioral health and dental services and has added optometry services. He has also overseen numerous facility expansion efforts at BVCHC over the past 10 years. The expansion of services, facilities, and HIT has positioned BVCHC for near-certain success in the State of RI’s Medicaid Managed Care Accountable Entity program. He holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance.
