Nicholas Hughey is a healthcare systems senior leader with 17 years of progressive experience in administration, executive team management, financial operations, and operational improvement. Prior to becoming the COO of Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center, Nicholas was the regional chief finance/business officer for Hawaii Health Systems Corporation, Maui Region. He is a registered nurse and holds an MBA in Healthcare Management. Nicholas is a strong advocate for strategic healthcare industry policy development and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
